Last Day

Thursday 31st (yesterday at the time of publishing this text) was the last day of Pen Station, the pen museum and café of Pilot in Tokyo. I went out of my way to have one last look and a last cub of coffee. A Pilot Myu-701 did the writing.

Yes, this place will be missed.

On last January I was in Tokyo and had the chance to visit the Pilot museum. They really had a great exposition, very well presented and informative. Sadly I was in a hurry and I was not able to spend much time there. I was hoping to visit it again during my next visit.
What a sad news that the place is closing!

Thank you for sharing all these good posts.

Thank you , C, for passing by and commenting. I wonder if there was anything we could all do to push Pilot into keeping the Pen Station alive...

Cheers,

Well, I am glad that at least we have Google street-view inside the museum!

Right, C. But once the Pen Station is no longer accessible, for how long will Google keep those pictures on its maps?

Cheers,
